Immortalising Auckland FC’s record breaking debut season by creating a limited-edition vinyl.
From six game winning streaks, derby demolitions, fastest team to reach 50 goals, record fan attendance and unprecedented clean sheets; Auckland FC’s debut season was anything but ordinary.
To help celebrate these achievements and highlight ANZ’s founding partnership with the club, we created a limited-edition vinyl record that reimagines eight unforgettable highlights from the team’s inaugural year.
A fusion of sport, sound and street culture, Record Season is a heartfelt thank you from ANZ to Auckland, recognising the energy, pride and belief the city poured into its newest professional team.
We started the season by giving fans Day One shirts – a symbol of being there from the very start. And we finished the season with a lasting tribute to everything this debut year has meant to the club and its community.
The Record Season vinyl drop coincided with an integrated campaign leading with OOH and Social, with a simple but heartfelt message from ANZ to the city: “Thank You Auckland.”
