2degrees launched in 2009, making a big dent in the telco market and offering Kiwi customers better prices and fairer prepay plans. Somehow, ten years on, growth had stalled, and their mojo was fading.

In 2019 TBWA\ launched Fighting For Fair. An all-of-business platform idea that drove everything from advertising and retail offers to PR, internal culture and community initiatives.

Our Fighting For Fair platform led to best-ever advertising and brand tracking results, it drove record growth across mobile, broadband and business and it helped 2degrees record its biggest year of profit in its ten year history.
